Having helped over 1000 people, Vee Fitness offers an individualised approach to health and wellness. We combine both nutritional plans and exercise programs tailoring it to the client’s specific needs. We are not a one-size fits-all service.

Vina’s ultimate goal as a Personal Trainer is to promote the balance of healthy living and work with you towards achieving your personal goals. Together you will evaluate your physical fitness, understand your needs in order to develop a practical and achievable workout routine to accomplish your goals. Whether you are new to exercise or looking to freshen up a tired routine, your personalised programme will deliver the results you require.

Himat is a trainer who leads by example. He cycles, works out and eats well and continuously looks for ways to better himself. He takes a keen interest in those who wish to do the same. Friendly and helpful motivation, with due care, tailor made workout schedules and support through every step is a commitment Himat makes when working with clients to help them achieve their desired results.
